19th Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser

"All That Glitters" will be held at the Auburn Hills/Pontiac Marriott and will feature a silent auction & raffle, a sit-down dinner, and the music of both our AM and PM Jazz Bands.

To help us with this fundraising event, please use the following forms when contacting local businesses for support.

  • Merchant Letter -- Introduces the fundraiser and explains how proceeds are used to support the band program.

  • Program Sponsorship Form -- Organizations can purchase advertisements in program. Advertisements are available from business card size to event sponsorship levels. Parents can also purchase program ads to recognize the accomplishments of their children.

  • Donation Drop Form -- For gift card/certificate or physical donations to the silent auction/raffle, please use the donation drop form when submitting items.

Volunteers: There are many ways you can donate your time and talents, including decorations, acquiring auction items from local businesses and wrapping raffle baskets to name a few. This is a great way to support a worthy cause and to get to know other band parents as well.

Announcing Seaholm Bands participation in the Kroger Community Rewards program! Bands is now an enrolled member of Kroger Community Rewards®. All you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Plus Card!

To register - go to the Kroger website and click on Community or click here and register your Kroger Card. If you already have an account, you can go to "review my rewards" or "account summary" to edit your Community Reward Selection. Register Seaholm Bands by typing in the name or organization number (#94705).

You can also link multiple Kroger cards to one account by calling Kroger at 1-866-221-4141. That way, when you enroll one card, you'll be enrolling all cards that are linked to that card.
